Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we ship rugs worldwide. Our international delivery partners are FedEX, DHL & UPS.
We do not have additional shipping charges. Your rug prices are inclusive of all taxes and charges. International shipping charges will be added during checkout based on location.
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation mail and a sms confirmation on your contact number.
Your order confirmation mail will consist of order tracking details. Additionally you can track your order on our order tracking page here. You can also contact our customer care at customercare@villedomo.com or contact us on WhatsApp +91 9289622866 to get updates your order.
For international delivery duties & charges are additional and need to be paid at the time of checkout.
The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days after the payment of the carpet is received. You will be notified once your order has been shipped. Contact us at customercare@villedomo.com if you don’t receive your order within 15 business days.
For international shipping: After payment is accepted, it will take 2-3 weeks.

No, currently we do not have an EMI option for payments.
Cancellation of Order
To make any modification in your order you can cancel the order before it is dispatched and place a new order.
We initiate your refunds immediately as soon as the order is cencelled. It might take 2-3 days depending on your bank.
Order cancellation is only valid for undispatched orders. Once your order is dispatched we do not process cancellation requests for the same.
Return Policy
You can return the carpet within 5 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. The carpet must be brand new & unused. It must be packed in the return bag provided. We'll do a quality check once we receive it, and begin the exchange or refund procedure within 24 hours if the carpet is in the same condition.
Upon receipt of the rug, we will initiate a refund within 48 hours of passing quality checks; nevertheless, it may take 7-8 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending upon your bank.

Quality Assurance
All our products come with a 6 months warranty against any manufacturing defects.
Before being dispatched, each of our rugs is subjected to strict quality inspections. However, if the rug is damaged in transit, please send us images of the damaged section as soon as you receive it to customercare@villedomo.com., along with your order id. We will arrange for the carpet to be picked up from your home at a mutually agreed upon time. The carpet must be brand new in its return packaging. We'll do a quality check once we receive it, and begin the exchange procedure within 24 business hours if the carpet is in the same state as reported by you.
Yes, the carpets on the website are shown in their real hues. However, the color of the actual rug and the online image may differ slightly depending on the quality of your device's screen.
Rug Care
Shedding is common with new rugs and should stop in a month or two. However, we suggest any piece of fibre sticking out of your rug to be cut off, instead of pulling the same. Pulling out fibres from your rug can cause permanent damage.
